ABOUT ME
My love of dogs started as a child. We always had dogs growing up.
Cindy & Susie my childhood dogs were crossbreed poodle and spaniels (they didn’t have fancy names back then) and I adored them. My passion for animals and experience in understanding and handling them has grown ever since.
I currently have a rescue cat, Finlay age 13, an exotic Persian.
Shandon Tails Dog Walking & Pet Services incorporates my love of animals with my love of walking and being outdoors and it's a dream job for me.
My aim is to provide appropriate exercise, stimulation, care and attention for your pet and to make sure that when they are in my care they are looked after as if they were my own.
ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PET
On booking an appointment with Shandon Tails, we will arrange a free initial consultation visit where we will discuss your requirements.
I can meet your pet and get to know their individual needs and complete a pet questionnaire.
If appropriate we can take your dog for a short walk to assess it's behaviours outside.
ABOUT SHANDON TAILS
Shandon Tails is an independent, registered dog walking business with the City of Edinburgh Council.
I am fully insured, have Disclosure Scotland Certification and hold a certificate in Dog First Aid.
I am also very experienced in administering medication to dogs and cats. I do not walk dogs who are in season.
Dogs who have not been neutered may require solo walks, dependant on their temperament.
